Excuse Me God, Did You Hear My Prayer?

How often have you found yourself in a tight situation and wondered if God heard your prayer?

I'm sure many of us can relate to this question because we all have found ourselves crying out to God when we were at the worst moments of our life.

It seems like you are on your face pouring your heart out to God and yet you still have not heard anything back from him. I can relate to many nights and days of just turning off the television and laying in my bed waiting for God to reveal an answer to me in some way or another.

I can assure you that it is never an easy thing to deal with but we must understand that its working for our good.

Silence is not always the sign of God saying no to you.

I recall a minister telling people one day that God does not hear a sinners prayer and that God would never send a miracle to a person who kept falling into trials.

It is people like this in the ministry who run people away from God. If you do not know God for yourself, there will be many who will mislead you about the love of God.

Yes God does show wrath but at the same time he is a merciful and loving God.
He sent his son Jesus to help the lost not to cast them away. Those who are in trouble can always go to God about their problems.

When we teach people that God does not hear them because of their situation, we only cause people to run to other solutions outside of God.

This is where you find people turning to alcohol and drugs just to free themselves of their problems because someone said God does not hear the prayers of a sinner.

So then you are left wondering that if he is not hearing you then you feel you might as well stay in sin or do sinful acts to get out of your situations.

Stay encouraged my brothers and sisters who love God. I know that life has not always been golden for you and that we all are a work in progress. We all have fallen short of the glory of God and are doing everything within our power to live better lives. We don't always do everything right but we still push and strive as the scriptures teach us to do.

So just because you prayed and God has not said anything back to you, does not mean for you to throw in the towel.

Stand strong in your faith. Sometimes silence could just be a sign of God saying for you to be still because he has you covered.

Oh ye of little faith?

You must know that if God delivered you out of other situations, he will deliver you again.

Life is built on many tests and trials that we must face to make us stronger.

When you find yourself going through the same trial, then you have to see it as a lesson that God wants you to learn from so you do not make the same mistake again. He will deliver you out of it on his own time but he wants you to endure so that you remember to not repeat the same steps again.

So hold your head up. I know you have been stressed and worried about this issue but God is going to carry you out of this storm. Just remember that once you are out of the storm, do not go back into it again.

God has heard you. He is just moving slow because he just wants to make sure that you are learning from this situation.

Be Blessed because it is going to be alright.
The scripture says he chastises those he loves.
He has not forgot about you so just hold on a little while longer.
There is a song that says he may not come when you want him, but he will be there right on time!
