Excuse Me God, Did You Hear My Prayer?

How often have you found yourself in a tight situation and wondered if God heard your prayer?

I'm sure many of us can relate to this question because we all have found ourselves crying out to God when we were at the worst moments of our life.

It seems like you are on your face pouring your heart out to God and yet you still have not heard anything back from him. I can relate to many nights and days of just turning off the television and laying in my bed waiting for God to reveal an answer to me in some way or another.

I can assure you that it is never an easy thing to deal with but we must understand that its working for our good.

Silence is not always the sign of God saying no to you.

I recall a minister telling people one day that God does not hear a sinners prayer and that God would never send a miracle to a person who kept falling into trials.

It is people like this in the ministry who run people away from God. If you do not know God for yourself, there will be many who will mislead you about the love of God.

Yes God does show wrath but at the same time he is a merciful and loving God.
He sent his son Jesus to help the lost not to cast them away. Those who are in trouble can always go to God about their problems.

When we teach people that God does not hear them because of their situation, we only cause people to run to other solutions outside of God.

This is where you find people turning to alcohol and drugs just to free themselves of their problems because someone said God does not hear the prayers of a sinner.

So then you are left wondering that if he is not hearing you then you feel you might as well stay in sin or do sinful acts to get out of your situations.

Stay encouraged my brothers and sisters who love God. I know that life has not always been golden for you and that we all are a work in progress. We all have fallen short of the glory of God and are doing everything within our power to live better lives. We don't always do everything right but we still push and strive as the scriptures teach us to do.

So just because you prayed and God has not said anything back to you, does not mean for you to throw in the towel.

Stand strong in your faith. Sometimes silence could just be a sign of God saying for you to be still because he has you covered.

Oh ye of little faith?

You must know that if God delivered you out of other situations, he will deliver you again.

Life is built on many tests and trials that we must face to make us stronger.

When you find yourself going through the same trial, then you have to see it as a lesson that God wants you to learn from so you do not make the same mistake again. He will deliver you out of it on his own time but he wants you to endure so that you remember to not repeat the same steps again.

So hold your head up. I know you have been stressed and worried about this issue but God is going to carry you out of this storm. Just remember that once you are out of the storm, do not go back into it again.

God has heard you. He is just moving slow because he just wants to make sure that you are learning from this situation.

Be Blessed because it is going to be alright.
The scripture says he chastises those he loves.
He has not forgot about you so just hold on a little while longer.
There is a song that says he may not come when you want him, but he will be there right on time!

Why Was I Running from The Ministry?!

So let me start from the top.
Why has she been on the scriptures so heavily lately? I know many are wondering. Well honestly I had the most terrifying dream. I won't go in detail because not everyone can understand or discern, but all I will say is that what I saw was enough to scare me. I woke up emotionally disturbed by what God had shown me in this dream. I knew then that I had to stop running from my calling.

I didn't want to minister because again I felt that's too much pressure. I just wanted to be normal and do as I pleased without that on my head. So God allowed me to see something that made me see why the ministry is so important. I was overwhelmed by what I saw and horrified. So this is why I had to step up and make a choice. I have done everything to do what I wanted to do but  honestly its not about me.

Its too many innocent people who need to hear the word. There are so many being mislead in the churches. Its a lot of deceit going on. So God reminded me that if you don't join in and do this work...many will be lost and you too can find yourself in hell for disobedience. I have been like Jonah on the run but change had to take place. Sometimes nothing goes right until we do what is right.
I was never a huge sinner. But still I was a sinner. We are to be examples to those who are lost.

So what is my gift in the ministry?

I have a gift of prophesy. Meaning I dream things before they happen or I see things. I can come in touch with you and God will reveal something about you to me. I also can interpret dreams. All these gifts existed in some of the prophets and even Joseph & Daniel. I have also shaken hands with many leaders and I could "see their true self" which is often overwhelming. And no I don't always hear or see things because the spirit does not dwell with us always. Thankfully because I would probably go insane. I only see what God wants me to see at the right time so I can help the person.

I dreamed on many occasions of me preaching and walking the aisle with sweat pouring from my forehead. I know its what I was called to do. I just didn't want to accept it.

So you see why I been running!

I had fear that people will call me crazy. Fear that people will say its a form of witchcraft blah blah blah...simply because they don't understand the gift themselves or have it. (Joel 2:28 "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:)
I mean what guy wants to be with a woman who can foresee things as massive as death. That was another debate I was trying to have with God. I said Lord you are going to have me single for a long time with this gift unless I hid it from the guy which is something I definitely did not want to do. So I knew that the man God would give to me as a husband was going to be a man strong in faith & in the gospel.

I first started dreaming at about age 13. I was of course told it was foolish and all that other stuff  until I vividly described seeing a woman to my grandma who I later was told was the description of her mom. A lady I had never seen. That's when I knew I was definitely different. Yet I didn't understand what that difference was.

The bible teaches us that many are called but few are chosen.

Not everyone is given the gift that I have. This is why our roles in the church are very important.
God may reveal something to you that you have to tell someone or even at times the leader of the church as the prophets did for the Kings in the older days.

I avoided my gift because at times I felt it was like a curse. Dreaming of a persons funeral and then seeing it come to pass was not something I wanted to see. Yet again its an important gift because you have to warn people when you dream things like that and its up to them to prepare themselves or change their life around.

Again I didn't want to be seen as crazy so I ran and ran until God scared me straight! You can't try to be normal when the gift God has placed within you is far from normal.

I can no longer do what I want to do.
I have to be obedient and if people run or leave my side then they were never truly with me at the start. They thought Jesus was crazy too so I don't feel too bad.

I have had enough of me time and me time has not been productive for me. Its God's way or no way at all. The run is over.

What is Heaven? The Bible Speaks Of More Than One!

So I am sure many Christians and unbelievers ran to this article to see what exactly does she mean when she says it is more than one heaven described in the bible.  I'm sure they were ready to throw the bible at me but I promise to give you nothing more than the revelation of the scriptures as they are written. I will show you proof of the word "heaven" being used in multiple occasions in the scripture just so you can gain some understanding when I speak of it being more than one heaven.

The Bible speaks of three heavens. The first being our immediate atmosphere, the second is outer space as far as it stretches, and the third is the place where God himself dwells. What Jesus called the “Father's house.”

Let us first define "heaven".
Dictionary defines it as "A place regarded in various religions as the abode of God (or the gods) and the angels, and of the good after death, often traditionally depicted as being above the sky." & "the sky, especially perceived as a vault in which the sun, moon, stars, and planets are situated."

Okay so now you have the definition of "heaven".

Now let us began with the "First Heaven" described at the beginning as written by Moses in the Book of Genesis. Known as the Earth's Atmosphere, in other words "The Sky".

Genesis 1:1
"In the beginning God created "the heaven" and the earth.

Okay so if there is only one heaven then where was God residing at when he created this other heaven as described?!

Good question. Now let's continue.

Gen 1:14 Then God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night.” The "first heaven" consists of the clouds and the atmosphere, the heavens above us, until we come to the stars. So the first heaven being described is the sky. We recall that from the scripture in the book of Psalms.
Psalms 78: 23-23 “Yet He had commanded the clouds above, and opened the doors of heaven, had rained down manna on them to eat, and given them of the bread of heaven.”

The expression doors of heaven or windows of heaven involved the firmament, our atmosphere. Descriptions used of this heaven is from where God would provide food or rain.

(Genesis 7:11-12): “The windows of "heaven" were opened. And the rain was on the earth forty days and forty nights.” Genesis 8:2: “The fountains of the deep and the windows of heaven were also stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained”

Malachi 3:10 Says the LORD of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it.” In reference to an abundant harvest of crops.

(Deuteronomy 11:17 “Then the LORD's anger will burn against you, and he will shut the heavens so that it will not rain and the ground will yield no produce....” Deuteronomy 28:12: “The LORD will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands.”

So the sky is the first heaven. Where does rain come from? The sky right? Okay.

Moving along.

The "Second Heaven" is Outer Space.
It is the heavens in which the sun, moon, and stars are fixed in orbit. What we call again space.

(Psalm 19:4,6) - “In the "heavens" he has pitched a tent for the sun... It rises at one end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the other;...” (Jeremiah 8:2) - They will be exposed to the sun and the moon and all the stars of the heavens which they have loved and served."

Now The Third Heaven.

This is where God and the holy angels and  we will reside which is called “The heaven of heavens,” (Deuteronomy 10:14)
(1Kings 8:27) - “The heavens, even the highest heaven, cannot contain you.”

(Heb 4:14) “Seeing then that we have a great High Priest, that is passed into the heavens...."

Heavens is plural not singular in that scripture.

At first I too was thinking that upon researching this subject that the individual had lost their mind. I said there is only one heaven and that is where we will go when we die.
No the bible speaks very obvious of the sky being a heaven, and outer space being a heaven, and then of course the place where God and his angels reside.

I give thanks to these references being broken down from Let Us Reason Ministries.

I am awakened to learning more of the word. I believe we read the word but we overlook a lot of information that is being placed so vividly before our eyes. This is why we were told to "study" the scriptures. (John 5:9)

I hope many of you as I have done will go back and observe the word of God more closely and take your time while reading so that you gain understanding. More importantly pray & fast for revelation from God. It is amazing what we can learn from God's word when we study together.

What Are Demons? They Are Not the Fallen Angels!

So what is a demon?
The English dictionary defines a demon as an "evil spirit", "a source or agent of evil, harm, distress, or ruin".

So what is an angel?
The English Dictionary defines an angel as a" spiritual being believed to act as an attendant, agent, or messenger of God, conventionally represented in human form with wings and a long robe."

(Ezekiel 28:12-19) talks about Lucifer being cast down from heaven because of the trying to come up against God and also because of taking on the form of a serpent in the Garden of Eden to deceive Eve.

Demons as we call them are simply "evil spirits" residing here on Earth. They are not the angels that fell along with Lucifer. When we die I believe that our spirits roam the Earth until the day of Judgment upon where God will open the book of Life to judge us according to our deeds. I do not believe those spirits wait in purgatory as the Catholics believe.

We all have guardian angels who God allows to protect those who believe in him while we are here on Earth. (Psalm 91:11) "For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways."
Those angels guard us from the evil spirits who we call demons that want to attack us and cause us to go to hell with them on judgment day. Demons are not Angels.

They are the evil spirits of once people walking the Earth.

This is why the man in the bible who was possessed by evil spirits said they were Legion meaning many had inhabited his body. (Mark 5:9) "And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many."

The scripture never refers to them as angels inhabiting the body.

The scripture also states how if you do bad seven more "spirits" will come back greater than before.
Its called possession because an evil spirit has taken control of the body.
(Matthew 12:45)  "Then it goes and takes with it seven other "spirits" more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first. That is how it will be with this wicked generation."

These demons as we call them which are actually evil spirits can be cast out by Gods chosen disciples. Many are called but only few are chosen to do this work. (Matt 22:14)

There is no purgatory as the Catholics believe based off the scripture that speaks of a gulf being between the Rich King and Lazarus. That gulf existed from the beginning of creation as discussed in Genesis 1:6 referring to a separation between the two places so that one could not cross over into the other.

So if our souls went to hell or heaven when we died then we would not be able to cross over from one to the other. Instead I believe strongly that our flesh dies in the ground and our spirits roam the earth until the day of Judgment.

If we think logically by reading the word. Why would God send you to hell or heaven when you die and then turn right around and bring you out of those places to only just send you back on Judgment day?! In other words, I will remove you out of hell to tell you that you belong in hell?? We have to think when we read the word and not often follow the traditions of man.

When you die. Your flesh returns to the ground and your spirit resides among the Earth until the day of Judgment. This is why people call them ghost. They are simply seeing spirits that have nowhere else to go so they reside in familiar places like homes or hospitals or even follow around their loved ones. Which many call "haunting".

Think if you died and you had nothing else to do. You would probably hang around places that brought memories of your former life to you. You would even hang around and watch your loved ones. Hence that feeling of thinking someone is watching you or feeling a coolness near your arm or neck.

Then there are "evil spirits' those we call "demons" who are angry about their death and wish to seek revenge on others. So they do the evil works as workmanship for Lucifer and his angels. Remember Lucifer is all about getting revenge on us the human beings that God loved so much. So these evil spirits join in with him to carry out that revenge.

The fallen angels have been known to walk among us wearing Dark Cloaks that cover them.

How do I know? I can only speak on what I have witnessed with my own eyes as a prophet of the Lord. I am not here to misguide you or tell you a fairy tale. This is to help you gain understanding of what is happening around you that the natural eyes can't see. I have only had two encounters of witnessing a dark hooded figure coming to my bedside & fleeing when I called upon Jesus.

The dark cloak worn by the Fallen Angels is a way to walk among us and remain hidden because we are not allowed to see their faces. Many even take on human form when they are seen but you are just unaware unless God reveals them to you. (Hebrews 13:2)
"Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unaware".

Those who are true prophets have seen them & had no idea what or who they were. They often just stand beside your bed to watch you and to scare you away from the ministry. When they come, its usually at the late hours of the night around 2am and you are awakened from your sleep and you can see them but not move from your bed. There is a shortness of breath as it seems the air around you thins out. When you call on Jesus....they release you and vanish. Many speak of this state as being "sleep paralysis" because there is no true understanding of what is happening. Some can see them and then there are those who simply can just feel their presence but are not gifted to see them.

Some think these are Death Angels or a Grim Reaper because of the dark hooded cloaks. There is only one Death Angel whom Jesus took the keys from when he died & was resurrected. (Revelation 1:18)
"I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of (death)." The angel of Death is also spoke of in Revelation 20:14. "Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire."

Lucifer whose name is found in (Isaiah 14:12) walks the Earth seeking out those who choose to do the will of God.
(Job 1:7) "And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it."

His fallen angels (Jude 1:6) walk the Earth beside him in search to destroy all of the messengers of Christ Jesus. They all together under Lucifer's guidance succeed only with the help of the followers who are the evil spirits that we call "demons".
(1Peter 5:8)"Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour."

(Rev 12:7)"And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the dragon. The dragon and his angels waged war, and they were not strong enough, and there was no longer a place found for them in heaven"

The fallen angels are very powerful which is why God's chosen people are given power to defeat them with the word. This is why Jesus sent the Holy ghost to inhabit those who desire to receive it and after they receive power (Acts 1:8) "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you; upon receiving this power you are then able to fight these angels and evil spirits.

Resist the devil and he will flee.

There is a spiritual warfare going on. The angels of the Lord are battling everyday to keep us who believe in God protected. (Ephesians 6:12 " For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

This is a lot of information to receive but this understanding that I received was shared to help those who are ministering for the Lord to have knowledge to know what you are fighting up against. It is for you to know and identify what you are battling. We can't defeat these fallen angels, these demonic forces or Lucifer by ourselves because we are not strong alone. When we receive the gift of the Holy ghost we gain the power needed to defeat them.

They are working very hard to drag many down with them. (Revelation 20:15)

In the end they want you all to be cast into the Lake of Fire. The angels take on many forms to deceive you and the evil spirits inhabit many to deceive you. You need the Holy ghost to help you and this is why it was given to the disciples and the same gift is for you and your family.

Ephesians 6:13 "Wherefore take unto you the whole amour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand."

You Were Once A Sinner To!

What runs people away from the church?

There are a multitude of answers to this question but I will speak briefly on one of those reasons.

Some churches have become a place of bashing more so than a place of deliverance. It has become almost like a show for the "saints' to socialize only with each other and to point at and whisper about the ones who come in that are not like them. I have watched it to often as a young lady comes in the church wearing a short skirt and instead of people being thankful that she decided to come into the church, they point and whisper about what she has on. We don't know what a persons situation may be when they come into the church but our mission is to not bash them but to help win them over to Christ with love. Jesus said with love & kindness had he drawn people.

The same ones who dress up in their fancy suits forget that they too were once sinners who knew nothing about God. Many of you still know nothing about God.

I wonder what would happen if God decided to pull some of the skeletons out of your closet.
Would you still be able to point fingers?! What would happen if God showed the world what went on behind the four walls of your home when you were not at church or around the saints. What about those messy conversations you have when you spreading mess about other members in the church. Yet you consider yourself greater? You are only great in your own eyes but God sees you for who you really are.

You sit with your chest all puffed out and your collars tight around your neck for fear that the devil you squeezing and sucking into those tight suits might pop out and reveal what you really stand for.

Lets admit that its a lot of them in the church who will swear on the bible that they are sanctified & filled with the gift of the Holy ghost but at home are the biggest devils.

Who are you to point fingers at the sinners as if you were never among them?!

You were that crack addict.
You were that prostitute. You say "Oh not me". Any time you were having premarital sex and being wined & dined, you were a prostitute of your body. The only difference is you just were not on the street corner.
You were that drunk who you can't stand to now sit beside you in church.
You were homeless to and in need of shelter.

Stop forgetting where you came from when you go out to minister to the lost.

The truth is what wins people over to Christ. Nobody wants to be won over with a lie.

Remove the fancy hats and suits when you are among these people and just be honest with them. Let them know that it is never an easy walk to do on your own but with the help of God it is possible.

Paul spoke on numerous occasions of the wars that went on inside of him but God reminded him that his grace was sufficient. Don't go out here telling people that you never go through anything because if Jesus went through then are you greater than him? Even his disciples went through daily.

I'm always giving people facts because at the end of the day I am not perfect as long as I have this flesh on me. My goal each day is to strive to be what God has called me to be. I minister to people in more ways than one and yet I still have my own battles that I have to deal with inside of me. I will never stand before a group of people and say that this walk is an easy walk.

Sometimes you mess up so bad that you just want to quit and say God why did you choose me to know what I know and carry out your word. Many times I have protested to God all the errors that I saw within me and the reasons why I felt the ministry was not the route for me. Yet God still speaks and gives me words to encourage others even at my weakest moments.

So let us bring the people who are searching and hungry for the word of God into the church with love and not run them away. It is not the truth of the gospel that runs people away as many would preach, it is the way you delivered it to them and your actions towards them.

People are not looking for you to point out their sins because they know they have sin within them. People are looking for a way out of the lifestyle they have been living. So when they come to you.....don't push them back out into the world that they are trying so desperately to escape. This is why suicide rates are high and drug usage is high.
People are on a search for a way out of the life they deal with daily. They are tired of going to churches and being bashed for the way they live.

They want out of that lifestyle so help them escape the hands of the devil.

Come and say, I too was a sinner just like you. I too was lost but now together we can work to help you get on the right track one step at a time by the strength of God.

God Doesn't Want My Money!

I can't began to stress how tired I am of seeing people with titles as leaders in the church stand in the pulpit and preach that the only way for you to be blessed is by giving your money. God does not need our money. He sent his son Jesus so that we could be saved. While Jesus walked the earth he taught people the instructions of God and he healed the sick, lame, and those who were possessed. In studying the word of God we do not see where Jesus took up an offering plate that consisted of money to teach or heal the people. The word of God is freely given and there is no price that you can place on it. We should not bash people to hell if they do not give but yet let the focus be mainly on their soul salvation. Giving is something that should be done from the heart and not by force or threat. I can't make you give and tell you that you will go to hell if you do not give.

Many of these churches teach faithfully about tithing and state that this is the true way to being blessed. This is not the only way that you can be blessed. I would also like to say that I do not believe that we who are under the law of grace should be tithing.

God said that our reward comes from him and not of man so how is it that your focus is more on man's pockets than it is on doing what he called you to do which is preach the gospel to every nation?

Many stand up and say that the church can't function if the people do not pay their tithes. I disagree with that. If God called you & told you to build the church then will he not make a way for the church to prosper?

Oh ye of little faith? How can you teach me to have faith about something you do not have faith on?!

Its like saying you trust God except when it comes to finances, oh my bad that is the time to trust man instead right?! Wrong!

Now I'm sure a lot of church leaders out there will bash me to hell today after reading this because many of them thrive off of the money they receive in tithes & offerings. My goal is to teach people the truth and not to tell people lies.

Tithing is not the New Testament standard for giving!

Many churches promote a concept called “storehouse” tithing, based on Malachi 3:10, where God tells Israel to “bring the whole tithe into the storehouse.” They teach that the local church is the storehouse, the tithe belongs to God, and his blessing is conditioned upon faithfulness in tithing.

Tithing was a part of the law of Moses; believers are not under the law.
Romans, Galatians, and other New Testament passages make it clear that Christians are not under the law of Moses. That does not mean that we are lawless, because we are under the law of Christ (1 Cor. 9:20-21; James 1:25; 2:8, 12; Rom. 13:8-10). Those aspects of the Mosaic law that reflect the moral character of God are valid under the New Covenant and are repeated as commands in the New Testament. But the church is never commanded to tithe. Tithing was an involuntary tax to support Israel; believers are not a part of the theocratic nation.

In the Old Testament, there was both required and voluntary giving. The tithe was required. It was commanded for every Israelite to help the poor. Jesus mentions scribes and Pharisees who tithe ...but he never commanded his disciples to tithe.

Paul writes about sharing material possessions to care for the needs of the poor...and to sustain the Christian ministry....He urges and commends generosity ...but never once does he demand, as a command from God, that any specific amount be given. If tithing was to be practiced by the Christian church, it seems strange that Paul did not mention it when he wrote of giving, especially to the Gentile churches which were not familiar with the Old Testament. Tithing limits giving by making a person feel that he has paid his dues (so to speak) and nothing more is required, when, in fact, much more could be done.

Tithing has a tendency to put a person on a legal basis with God, rather than a love relationship. It’s the wrong emphasis. I believe the way to meet these needs is to help God’s people get their hearts right before Him and to teach what His Word says about money and giving. As we respond to God’s grace by giving generously, the needs of the church will be met.

Many will tell you to do away with all the old laws of the Old Testament by saying Jesus came and changed all those old laws. Okay so if all the old laws do not matter then why do we so faithfully hold on to that verse about giving your 10%?! Are you teaching me that only some of the bible is important and the only part that matters is my money?!

Yet Abraham as rich as he was, and King David, and Daniel and the list goes on never offered up money to be blessed?! Now don't let me change what you believe. I'm just saying these buildings were started by man so you telling me that God wants me to fund something that he didn't ask to be built in order for me to be blessed?! All we were asked to do is teach & preach the gospel. All Jesus said he came for was for us to be saved. I don't see where he said I came for your money so you can be blessed.

You say you follow Jesus but your actions & teachings are none of his. I never saw him asking people for money. Then we say well its a new day & time but the bible says there is nothing new under the sun. In other words people needed money to live back then just as they do today. Taxing occurs not only with the government but also within the church. People struggling & honestly I believe the reason they get blessed is because God feels sorry that they are giving all they have because man said this is how to be blessed.

Honestly I don't even believe that in Malachi he was even referring to a "building" as "my house" when he asked about that 10%. All God speaks about is our temple meaning your body being the dwelling place of the most high, so if there is to be meat in "my house" which is your temple then that 10% could be of you. Offerings were simply just that. They were not always money.

Its time to direct our focus on people receiving the true word of God and being delivered. I don't care about what you give, but what I do care about is that you repent and get right with God. All the rich people of the world can pay tithes and still not enter into heaven. How much money you give or how many services you attend will not guarantee you a seat in heaven.

In the end leaders need to teach people how to live right and let them give freely without you harassing them with scriptures of the "Old" testament just because you want your vision to be satisfied.

Jesus did it all without asking for silver & gold so I believe that if God called you to the ministry as you say he did, then you to can do it all without the money. Your reward will come from above when you faithfully do his will. Money will come from strange places when you do his will.
Don't try to bleed your congregation to satisfy your own glory.
